Evolution
In terms of evolution, most of our engineering consultants become technical experts, architects or project managers. The transition to project management is both possible and encouraged. Expert consultants can turn to new functions or to positions as project managers.

There is an effective recruitment process which can be based on either your profile or your assignments. You will consecutively meet with a member of Human Resources, a technical manager and a member of management.
